Refund policy

Return Window

You may return your POV One™ within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned in any condition are accepted within this window — there is no restocking fee.

After 30 days, returns and refunds are not available, except where the product is covered by our 1-Year Hardware Warranty. See our Warranty Policy for warranty claims.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@povoneglasses.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (except warranty claims — see Warranty Policy)
  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping (we recommend using tracking and insurance)
  • Items not purchased directly from POV One™ (e.g., third-party resellers)

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return your original item for a refund within the 30-day window and place a new order for the desired product.

Warranty vs. Returns

If your item has a manufacturing defect, it may be covered under our 1-Year Hardware Warranty even after the 30-day return window has expired. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. See our Warranty Policy for details.
