Where We Ship
POV One™ currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand to additional regions in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method selected. We work with major US carriers including USPS and UPS.
From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated at checkout or through our marketing communications.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery is in the hands of the shipping carrier. POV One™ does not control or guarantee delivery times. Delivery speed depends on the carrier, the shipping method selected at checkout, your destination, and any carrier-side delays.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships, which you can use to monitor your package's progress with the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address Errors
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@povoneglasses.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
POV One™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, any subsequent loss, theft, or damage at the delivery location is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is secure, that someone is available to receive the package, or that you arrange for safe drop-off through your carrier's services where available.
